Best Ever Burgers

  • 500 g beef mince
  • 1 packet Continental Soup French Onion
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 4 brioche burger rolls, toasted
  • 4 green oakleaf lettuce leaves
  • 2 dill pickles, thinly sliced
  • tomato sauce, to serve
  • 4 tasty cheese slices
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • oil spray, to grease

American Burgers
  1. Place mince, Continental soup mix and egg in a bowl and mix well. Shape mixture into 4 evenly sized patties.

  2. Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Lightly spray patties with oil spray and cook for 4 minutes each sides or until browned and cooked through.

  3. Divide the roll bases among serving plates. Top with lettuce, pickles, cheese, tomato sauce, burger patties and sliced tomato. Top with roll top and secure with a toothpick or small bamboo skewer. Serve.
